  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Acton Wakefield Watershed Alliance:  AWWA is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to protecting and restore water quality of the lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams in the region. Their staff works within our community to strengthen the understanding of the social and economic impact, and essential benefits of healthy local waters. AWWA coordinates the Youth Conservation Corps helping with erosion control, school programming, and offers community education as well as being a resource for lake associations and town boards.
    • NH Lakes:  NH Lakes is a 501(c)(3) focused on education and advocacy from scientific, fact-based approach to promote clean water policies and responsible use, and inspire the public to care for NH lakes and watersheds. They work in partnership with local associations to add value and capacity to the efforts to protect NH lakes and watersheds by building local and statewide alliances and networks. NH Lakes advocate for effective public policy through partnerships, representation, and coalitions.
    • Loon Preservation Committee: The LPC is a 501(c)(3) that works closely with federal and state agencies along with other non-profit organizations to preserve NH loons and their habitat through education, monitoring, research, and management.
