Use of Pine River Association Access Point (Lord Road Boat Ramp)
Regular Members of the PRP Association (property owners with water rights to PRP) are permitted to use the neighboring Pine River Association’s (PRA) lake access point. It’s commonly referred to as the Lord Road Boat Ramp, and is the private property of the PRA. Through their kindness as good neighbors, they have granted the PRP Association members this courtesy, and ask payment of the yearly fee for maintenance and upkeep of the ramp. Non-compliance could result in your loss of permission to use the ramp. For your convenience, PRP Association members can include this fee with your membership and we will forward the payment to the PRA.
